PTO and vacation time is relatively low, which is normal in the retail world. Additionally, when you're allowed to take it is obviously only on non-peak seasons. I forget if it's 2 weeks or 3 weeks PTO.

I have been an employee for over 11 years and I don't accrue much vacation time per pay period, even when I manage to get 35+ hours a week. The vacation time you don't use does roll over, though.
