You can earn vacation and paid time off based on the hours you put into Target. I think you have to make a min. of 25 hours to receive any incentive hours. You can max out hours up to the company's current policy which will be explained upon hiring.

You only get paid time off after you have worked 1000 hours. I never made enough to take a full week after working a year and a half for about 25 to 30 hours a week. Time off can be flexible if it's unpaid.
