Vacation & Paid Time Off

After 4 years, still git 2 weeks that I could only take during very limited times and lots of prep before and recovery after.

Vacation accrues quickly during the pay period

Able to take off how ever much time needed

No paid time off but it can be worked up to after working there for some time

Takes a while to feel like you really do have some vacation time. The people who work less than 20 hours (most employees) don't accrue any time.

Not enough days off to travel

You can use your vacation on weeks you called ouy sick to make up for the hours.

Paid vacation is nice but only up to the average number of hours you worked during the past year. You don't have to have vacation hours to take time off. Target is very flexible in that a person can simply take 2 months off for school or extended vacation.

Pretty good vacation and time off, the longer you work the more you get obviously. 2 weeks is start.
