Benefits were seniority based when I joined but improved over time with the addition of unlimited vacation. 401k still required proration for company contributions which is not competitive.

The good part is very good healthy benefit. The downside 401k match can only be maxed at 5%, and full vest takes 5 years.

- Unlimited PTO very dependent on manager. My manager caps the team at 3 weeks.
- Great, recently remodeled (2018) gym onsite. Classes during lunch and after work.
- 401K match at 100% for first 4%, then 50% for next 2%

Best thing about the benefits package is that it is competitive relative to other offers I've had previously. Work / life balance is great and I enjoy having flex-time off (unlimited vacation days) as apposed to accruing vacation days. Wish there was more free perks at the San Diego office, like a beer tap. Other than that, can't complain.
