We apologize if you were misinformed about the benefits available with Teradata. They are much more generous than you describe. All Teradata employees are eligible for bonuses. Those not participating in sales or consulting incentive plans are in our Annual Incentive Plan, which is weighted 50% individual performance and 50% corporate performance. In the vast majority of cases, the bonus is significantly more than the figure cited. Employees are eligible to participate in our stock purchase plan. We also offer a 401(k) retirement savings program with matching funds from the Company. Teradata in the U.S. offers several medical plans, dental, vision, death benefits, pre-paid legal services, identity theft protection, as well as short- and long-term disability insurances. The deductible for health and dental insurance is far less than 50% (varies depending on the plan you choose). There are Health Care Flexible Spending accounts for you, and a Dependent Care FSA for your family. We even offer pet insurance to cover your furry friends.
