Something both good and bad is that they have EAP benefits that you have to discover, accidentally.
My wife called and discovered they have Cigna Benefits that the company does not advertise.
They then told her that she qualifies for 8 company paid visits.

At San Diego location, good cafeteria, free small on-site gym, and basketball court. Peet's coffee bar with company-supplemented prices. Ability to "buy back" one week of vacation. Holidays: 6/year, plus 5 floating. (Required to use 1 floating for Friday after Thanksgiving and similar days to bridge gap to weekend.) Temporary free valet parking during period of inadequate parking availabilty.
