At Teradata, you get one of the industry’s most competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to YOUR needs.
Health & Wellness Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans. HSA, FSA and Dependent Care options.
Compensation & Rewards We offer competitive salary and incentive pay. We also provide performance awards at an individual level.
Time When You Need It You get the flexibility to determine your own time off with our flexible time off policy. We respect and trust the individual, and believe this increases emphasis on individual accountability for performance and results.
Planning Ahead You should feel secure in your future, both at work and at home. With the Teradata Savings Plan (401k) and our competitive matching, you will.
We also provide short-term and long-term disability, life, AD&D and business travel accident insurance, along with other voluntary benefits.
Security & Protection Rest assured with our discounted auto/homeowner’s insurance, Metlaw Legal plan, Identity Theft Protection Services and pet insurance options.
And more… We support adoptive parents by providing financial assistance for those expenses, allow for innovative work arrangements like telecommuting, give employees four days a year to give back and support local charities and provide a wide range of employee and family resource programs.
The company changed to unlimited time off which was difficult for long-term employees , but much more consistent with what progressive companies are doing and shows trust in employees to manage their workload and personal lives.

Best: Their salaries are competitive. Worst: The health insurance costs went up every year.

2017/18 saw a lot of changes and reduction of benefits! The worst of which was the "Unlimited Vacation Policy" which really means- no vacation time and no vacation payout if laid off.
High premiums for Health Insurance, no company perks, 401 fair

Health Insurance is good for routine appointments, bad for unexpected specialists. Pharma coverage is the usual express scripts garbage.

The HMO and dental plans are very basic and provide very little coverage.
