Health insurance was pretty good. 401k was 6% match. Vacation time was pretty decent 2 weeks. Get most holidays off and 6 floating holidays

Health insurance is not the best I would say below average. 6% 401 K match

Teradata provides matching for 401k, 100% to 3% of salary, and 50% to 6% of salary. The health benefits have worsened over the years, though they do provide employee stock purchase.

Health Insurance benefits were good but not great. Now they have become less than good. Expensive and poor coverage.

Cigna health insurance, it's one of the costliest I've had from employer provided health insurance.

The pay is average for engineering. They offer a 401k, with 100% matching at 3% and 50% matching at 6%. The health benefits have dropped over the years, but they do offer Cigna, as well as Kaiser and Healthnet, depending on where you live in the country. If you live in California, your vacation maxes out (stops accruing), but doesn't wipe out at the end of the year. You also are given 5 days "floating holiday" to use for whatever holidays you wish, rather than getting MLK, Columbus Day, or other holidays off per year.
It's about average, in the terms of vacation, and they are stingy when it comes to yearly raises.

Very comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility to work from home. Free dinners in the evenings for those staying late in the office. The odd catered free lunch as well. Aside from that there was a fully stocked kitchen. There was no "worst thing" in the benefits package.
