There is very little training. This is mostly because working in a restaurant does require an almost talent based skill set. Sink or swim is the name of the game.

Overwhelm with information in five days. Some coworkers and managers were more helpful than others. Made me watch all the videoesd n one sitting. Would have done better to watch one video at a time and then practice.
