My trainer thought she was "all that" and rushed through training, so I didn't learn a lot but luckily there were other employees there who could help me and I learn fast. I taught myself some things too.

the most extensive on the job training i have ever seen for cooks, and management. although the worst thing about it, is that what they train you on, only applies to them, it is very hard to take what you learn there to other job forces. they breed their own kind of employee
