It's isn't good, they throw you in a station, sometimes with barely any training and expect you to master it in 8 training shifts.

It was very demanding and there was a lot to memorize. But the whole training experience was great and took about two weeks. The first week was textbook memorizing stuff and the second week was learning right away on how to approach customers and operate the system, My instructor was very patient and clear on teaching. Very wonderful experience

job training is very thorough and if you pay attention you can learn a lot but beware, there are definitely a lot of people that fail.

Job training last a few weeks. They brought in trainers from all over the country. It was so much fun. When they left I still felt slightly uneasy, they were doing a lot of showing and I wasn't sure if I was ready to be on my own because the whole time I was answering to someone. When they left I had to answer to myself and rely on my other bakers to know what to do. But overall good experience, way more training than I've ever had for any other job

Truly Outstanding! Recognized as the best in the industry. Tailored by role at the support center including various food-related topics held by the Culinary R&D team (cooking skills, flavor profiles, etc), the Purchasing team (breads, cheeses, etc) and the Beverage and Bakery team (wine/beer tasting, etc).
