Work from home is not for everyone but I enjoy it. However, there are conflicting stories about you need to be within a 50 mile radius of an actual operations office, which I just found out, for someone on my own team, this was not the case even though she does the same job, she was allowed to move to another state where there is no operations office within 50 miles. So I asked my supervisor who said, this allowance is done on a case-by-case request that requires an over ride. Doesn't seem very fair to me! ESPECIALLY, being this girl moved EXACTLY where I was going to move and I was told by Cigna this would not be an option for me to move there.

Enjoyed working from home. Flexible work schedule and laid back management. Equitpemt shipped to the house and IT alaways avaible to help with any computer issues
