Required to be employed for one year and then they recouped on the benefit if things weren't perfect-which they never are in claims when the case loads/expectations are too high and almost unattainable.

Working from home is awesome in general! However, every once in awhile they will have you go into the office. Unfortunately it is not easy to enter or navigate an unfamiliar office. It's also frustrating to be copied in on emails for events in the nearest office, that are specifically for in-office staff only. (Free lunch, fundraisers, etc.) They give tickets on site that are not available to W@H employees.

There's not too many things that were bad about working from home besides not being able to walk over to the systems group and ask for a quick favor.

Excellent. Working from home has been a wonderful experience. It makes life more flexible, and I work a little harder just to keep that privilege.

We have it, but it's not systematic and getting set up takes forever.
