Most of the benefits are standard benefits you get at other places. The only exception is Health, the Health benefits have a lot of room for improvement. Every year the deductible gets higher, and more costs are dumped on the employee. The health benefits compared to others I know are the least attractive. Plus they changed to United, and it seems like a lot of health places don't like United.

Decent healthcare benefits, only 15 days PTO. You do get 7 floating holidays but that's only because they only close on major holidays.
