The vacation is absymal, two weeks for sickness/vacation/need to deal with real life. The insurance is less insulting this year than last, but nothing to write home about.

Fairly standard benefits package amongst comparably sized companies. Health insurance package, like at most companies these days, sufffers a bit.

We make about two dollars less than the average tier one help desk. The insurance is overpriced and not all that helpful. The 401k takes THREE years to be "fully vested," and charges a huge fee for pulling early.

Average at best. This past year after TierPoint bought out a bunch of Data Center's employees thought benefits will be better, but they got worse. The cost of insurance has risen and the price of the plans have went up as well. They do offer a 50% match on the 401k up to 5%. PTO is at a rate of about 4.5 hours every two weeks and you get 3 floating holidays.

Bad: Changes frequently. Good: More people = better buying power in the market

Average at best, not much vacation time for the time spent.
