Best thing is the fairly low cost health care and other care benefits. Worst thing is a change in vacation policy that does not allow for carryover year on year OR to have the accrued vacation paid out.

Health Insurance is ok, benefits package? there is none other than health insurance, Vacation? If you work there, better use it up quick, because if you leave the company, you will loose any accrued vacation, PTO or sick time, 401k? it is a joke

Better than average benefits. I've witnessed Corporate HR extend accomodations for individual circumstances.

Bare minimums here - no time earned specifically for sick days, minimal support for family needs and expenses, little flexibility and high prices

Health Insurance is new standard, of pushing cost to employee with higher deductible. No Benefits i would say is the basics to be competitive, but nothing stands out. You would be swayed to work here based on benefit packages. 401K requires you to be there the full year to get the funds, so thats a negative. Vacation sick time is standard, and they just revoke the ability to carry over some PTO at end of year.

Company perks are good with snacks and drinks provided, and occasional team building meals. 401(k) only matches 50% up to 3%.
