I don't have any probleme it's best

Learn on the job some stuff I still don’t know

I gained knowledge for training with them

Now I already knew what I was doing so they could have done better lives through people in there and exposing them to know how to work the register how to make the drinks I'm sandwiches at the same Pace if you woke up in there longer

It all depends on the store

They have you watch hours worth of training videos, then you get to "shadow" another employee that is currently working the position you're traing for.

Would be good if they followed corporate guidelines

Everyone is kind and very helpful when it comes to training. I love how with the training they let you work with things on your own while helping rather than just showing you. I do better with doing than watching, so this was a very helpful situation through training.

I definitely learned how to make everything except Cold Stone. I had to teach myself that. My training was two days on Beverage, two days on Sandwich station, and two days on cash register. They definitely should have provided training on Cold Stone.
