Paid time off is accrued at the rate of 1.5 days per month. You do not have to use your vacation time for sick days or jury duty. The company gives you additional paid leave - the quantity of which is dependent on years of service.

Vacation days = sick days, there's no difference between the 2. whether you're taking a vacation or sick day it counts towards PTO. only get about 13-15 PTO days/year

You aren't given a set number of vacation days-- you have to earn them. You are also pretty much expected to be completely available to your coworkers and clients even while out of the office.
