Vacation & Paid Time Off

the longer you work for the company the more PTO you get. Overall it's not bad.

Offer 15 days PTO. No sick pay.

Bare minimum in terms of vacation. Made you feel guilty for taking it

3 Weeks paid vacation. I won a contest and was flown business class how to see my folks in AZ. I love TPT.

3 weeks paid time off. The company is very generous and has paid for my ticket home to see my family.

standard three weeks paid vacation but not much else, very few holidays off and some of the senior employees take off many days without notice

Ha! How do you have a "worst thing" about "Vacation and Paid Time Off"? I was overwhelmed with gratitude for providing me the above. Not to mention, they also paid my flight (round trip) to Paris to see someone that I've been looking forward to spending time with. Thanks TransPerfect!

It is a very standard Paid/Vacation plan. The building of vacation is slow like any other and sick days are taken from vacation days. The perk is that you get your birthday as a vacation day, which is a nice upside.
