Training? What training? We saw a video for 4 days and took a very easy test. The only training they really offer is for window clerks who are the coolest bunch of people in the whole wide world.

Training prepares you somewhat but everything. Everything is left to interpretation dependent on who you’re working with each day. Management is informed of one aspect/method and carriers are informed of a different from union. The suggested way to handle the clear miscommunication on the upper end is to “file a grievance”
