Training is boring but necessary. They do a fair job on training. BUT, with no benefits...this is worth your time, if that is important to you.

Training for first five days is done at a training facility, but then you have 3 days on the job training which in my experience was not executed well and not followed up on by supervisors. Sink or swim!

Not enough training, education and experience seems to have little to no value in the promotion process anyhow

good when you get it but usually they try to have you do as little training as possible and then get mad at you for not being perfect.

Job training was pretty far away, but the information and training was good.
