I'm giving 3 stars because the job training I got was ~2 years old.
It was useful to teach me the fundamentals, but I had to go back and update all of the costs of stamps and services...
Actually, I'll give it 4 stars because cost of stamps and services go up annually, so, in retrospect, it teaches you to keep your knowledge UpToDate.
