You accrue per check, 80 hours per year. No excess accrual. After 5 years at the company you accrue more up to 120 hours. You will likely be discouraged from using vacation and your boss will tell you how when they started they didn’t get any vacation in their first year.

Well you don't get many days off and it's very difficult to take a day off.

Accrued PTO. Not much invested in employee.

Wish they would be a little more lenient on sick time off.
