Vacation & Paid Time Off

It takes a whole year before you even qualify for 1 week vacation and then you get 2 weeks a year that do not transfer to the next year. Once you complete 5 years of employment you get 3 weeks of vacation, by which time you are more then likely have been fired or quit.
