High $3000 deductible before it pays for anything useful - only pays for "preventative" things prior to that. Out of pocket maximum of $7000. Have to subject yourself and family to biometric screenings or pay extra. Only useful thing is the HSA contribution matching up to $500 per individual or $1000 per family.

They didn't make you pay that much for their health insurance for full family coverage. It was a good plan without huge deductibles. This was a couple of years ago so it might be different now.
