Unisys and Aetna have not helped me at all with any medical issues whatsoever. I had 3 kidney stones all in a row I had to take care of, so I was out for two weeks. Unisys threatened termination although I had doctor's documentation and Aetna couldn't even figure out who I was.

Employee is responsible for part of the cost. Cost has been contained over the pat couple of years, but have switched to HSA which has higher out of pocket. I do like that there isn't a referral requirement.
