International PPO Plan was offered

I really did not use the insurance program that much, just for doctor visit about twice a year. The program was easy to use when I did need it.

Health insurance starts on first day of emplyment. Nothing outstanding about thier insurance. Just the regurlar industry standard.

Standard health care benefits avail day 1

The usual health insurance provider which most of the companies use. They're what they should be.

Average. Not bad, not great

Out of pocket cost seemed high

Worst thing about their benefits package is that you have a $1,500 medical deductible each year. I stared with the company in September and they do not give any pro-rated price so I had to pay $3,000 out of pocket for medical within 5 months! You also only have really 1 plan to choose from. Prescription costs are high and half of the items are not covered.
