Two healthcare options, neither is impressive but both seem around industry average. 401k match is also relatively poor (50% match of up to 6%) but "standard". Unlimited vacation time means the team you are on will determine how much you can actually ever take.

They had aetna for health insurance so I had to hit $5000 out of pocket before they'd even cover anything.

Health insurance options have declined considerably. Out of pocket medical expenses are really high. 401k is fine. Vacation and sick time are good.

Everything is good as far as benefits go except the Health insurance. you can pay anywhere from $300 to $400 every two weeks for family and pick the best option for insurance and still have to pay out of pocket the entire year because you will not meet the deductible, I payed like 10,000 and some change and still paid out of pocket because i never met the deductible, i guess its good if you have major issues in your life.
