This is only for consultants. For others it may be better. Mainly you get only the HSA as a health option. The company gives a 1k a year towards that. The life insurance is with met life and is one times the salary. The Met life is the worst company to get more life insurance from.

Super high deductible for medical insurance. Effectively like having catastrophic health insurance only.
Matching contributions to 401K were a bit lower than market as Unisys matched 50% of contributions up to 6% of base salary.
