Pros
No vesting period on 401k 3% employer match.
Cons
Health insurance sucks, Monthly Premium is low but unfortunately no copay system you have to pay the whole amount to the doctor.
Dont like the vacation policy as its an accrual system.

They have good health care options, they also have a bunch of discounts if you are healthy and if you don't smoke which reduced the amount your paid a month.

Medical is a high deductible plan with very high coverage rates--normal doctor's visit costs about $90 and pain medications cost over $100 a month. ADD medications are not covered at all. Good vision benefits and ok dental benefits. Average vacation--two weeks until you've been with the company for 10+ years.

Best thing: About 3 hours earned per 40 hours worked for paid time off, 9 scheduled and 2 floating vacation days per year, as well as 5 sick days. Worst thing: Insurance has $3000 deductible and $7000 OOP maximum. It does not cover anything, even prescriptions, unless the deductible is met or it is considered by them to be "preventative" which is subjective. You also have to subject yourself to biometric screenings or pay an extra $100 per month. The only redeeming quality is that Unisys matches your HSA contributions up to $500 per individual or $1000 per family.
They also have plenty of positions which should be optional work from home positions, but are not. Performance bonuses are offered (I believe) for certain positions, like the service desk/call center. They do offer a 401k but I don't know the details. They do allow service animals, and have occasional free lunches and events with ice cream.

Health insurance choices have declined and contributions have increased, but it's not like that is a situation unique to this employer.

Industry standard coverage and benefits (401K matching, etc) but just eliminated cell phone reimbursement. They compare favorably to other IT Services companies
