Unlike a lot of online jobs that I've seen advertise "flexible hours" this one truly does have that flexibility. I open the slots I want to work with no minimums or maximums. I work when I want. If I have an unexpected bill, I can work more. If I need time off, I just let them know I won't be opening my schedule for a few days or weeks.

This company has great flexibility. There are no negatives at this time that I can associate with the flexibility.
