Reduced or Flexible Hours

Work ANY schedule you want.

You can schedule yourself. You can only work nights. You can take time off any time needed. Schedule is locked for two weeks though. If you need time off in those two weeks for emergencies, the company is not flexible at all.

You get to pick what hours you work and the days you work. You can work as much or as less as you want.

I set my own schedule. If I don't want to work a certain time or day, I just don't accept lesson bookings for those times.

I love the flexible hours. I can work as much or as little as I want each week.

Hours are flexible if you can plan your schedule 2 weeks in advance. Once you are scheduled to teach, though, there are severe penalties (financial and access to future bookings) for canceling.

You select when you want to work, no min.

Flexible because you set your own hours. But it's not truly flexible because you must also consider the time difference in China and what the children are doing (ex: school, dinner, other extra curricular). Therefore your bookings may not always be filled.
