Fantastic health benefits that can cover everything.

Gets worse every year. Expect high out of pocket expenses (8k or more for family of four each year) which grows each year.

It's very generous, offers 3 different plans. They also have discounts for things like Weight Watchers, Smoking Cessation, etc.

The best thing is that they offer some kind of health insurance. The worst thing is that it is just average and in way a selling feature when job hunting.

Vanguard offers a variety of Aetna insurance plans. High Deductible, PPO and HMO as well as Dental. There were some medical groups that stopped participating in the plan last year. One major one came back into the plan this year. The employee costs have been going up.
