Walgreens offers a wide variety of benefits to eligible team members designed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being while helping you balance work and life. In addition to company-paid life insurance and voluntary life & personal accident insurance, the benefits below are available to our team members.
PTO is decent, not government level, but 20 days per year after 5 years is pretty decent, plus holidays.

The company benefit that I love most in the employee discount on items within the store. One benefit that could be improved is the PTO accrual rate. Being a part time employee, there are times when I work a lot of hours one week but fewer hours another week and therefore get screwed in the PTO accrual.

I never truly looked into all the benefits, but I do know they have a lot of available benefits. I never had any problems with taking time off and received biweekly packets on benefit information.

Good medical and dental plans. Relatively affordable, but some have complained about recent changes. You get a large discount for being a non-smoker. Easy enrollment process online.

Vacation time earned is probably the most O have ever seen among minimum-wage type jobs that I have ever worked.

You have options but they are all pricey. I have family insurance coverage and the cheapest one they offer and that still cost me $400.00 a month. They do offer decent 401k that they match almost to the dollar if I remember correctly but I don't do it because I can't afford it with my wages. You get PTO that you earn by how many hours you work weekly, based on your time with company, and position.

Decent benefits, health insurance is way to expensive for a family, but not so bad for an individual. Stock options after a year, and performance incentives for an increase in pay.
