Their employee discount is pretty great. not on stuff you use often though

The discount depends on the company's margins for that particular product (i.e. depends on supplier, and markup), but sometimes, especially for larger furniture items, it can be pretty good. The only downside is that employee purchases are non-returnable.

The discount is nice of the products are on clearance. Then we literally get half off. But if it's a regular item is a percentage off wholesale so the discount can vary graatly

It was a "nice to have" but most of the time the discount was too low for it to be worth it. It was based on a percentage above the company's cost. Because they make their profit on volume, not on markup, the difference wasn't much.

The discount is great. It depends on the item you are trying to get, but you can surely score some amazing deals.
