Employee Discounts

The discount depends on the margin we have on the products so thing with a small margin there is almost no discount, but things with large margins (accent, rugs, etc.) there is a high margin so a large employee discount. One down side is you cannot return items purchased with an employee discount unless they are truly unusable/ruined.
