Not a good discount. I checked once and it was 17 cents off of a bed.

Employees get 50% off open box items. Which is kinda amazing.

No set amount off in employee discount from retail. Amount of discounts diffs for every item - you have to physically add items to cart to check discounts. No easy way of checking discounts. Also employee-bought things can't be returned.

We pay 6 or 7% above wholesale. Can save a ton or nothing depending on current price. No returns allowed.

The employee discount at Wayfair is based on the whole sale cost of the item, so sometimes you save a ton of money, or if it's already on sale you might not save anything at all. But you always get 50% off of Clearance items, which is amazing.

7.5% above wholesale price... which surprisingly is not much less than what customers pay. No returns on employee discounts.
