High deductible plan with an HSA. Extremely low monthly premiums for individuals. Some goofy things going on if you add a spouse that's eligible for their own plan ($2,000/year charge)

Best that any company provides. Insurer is united Point of service plan. high premiums for family coverage but you get what you pay for. ACA (Oboma Care) might effect primiums
