It is pretty basic coverage.

Carrier you get is based on where you live, not where you work....so if you work in one state but live in another you may not be able to go to providers near work, which means missing more time. Also, limited providers in network.

Nothing good about the insurance it was a limited plan that was over priced from an insurance company I never heard of and we took calls for blue cross blue shield

Companies switch more often than they should, risking a need to change doctors to stay in network.

No good, no options for different plans

Healthcare premium is constantly increasing for some of the divisions. Management needs to bridge the gap between legacy Xerox and new acquisitions.

It was just general health insurance.

Coinsurance keeps the cost low. But there not many choices for varying companies. Cost has increased year after year with employees carrying more of the burden.

It seems to cover a lot and I can go where I want, but it is expensive for the employee to carry for themselves. Once you add dependants it sky rockets.
