I believe the vacation is top ranking.

Generous time off that increases with time employed. Sabbatical 30 days paid for every 5 years of employment.

You can accumulate your leave upto 30 days. Each year you PTO days gets increased by a day.

Vacation and PTO rates are fine, but note that sick leave is included in PTO - there is no separate bank of time for that. There is a short term disability program, but if you have a small person or a chronic illness prepare yourself to eat up those PTO days.
