Vacation & Paid Time Off

No vacation time. You earn pto per paycheck & it's nearly impossible to save if you have children. Super strict attendance policy where you cannot choose whether or not you want pto used for when you call out. So, if you've been saving for months & an accident happens, you're basically s.o.l. They'll just automatically take your pto from you. Also, they have only so much to offer per department. If people work four ten hour shifts and want a full day off that only leaves two hours available for the rest of the day. It's unfair.

you can accrue a healthy amount of PTO, but sometimes finding the time to take it can be challenging

No sick days but you can accrue up to 280 hours of PTO with an additional floating holiday to use each year.

Think their PTO is average to most companies. Very good about giving time off.
