Long, time consuming and no follow up! Felt that I was interviewed for just a socialization kind of job. No questions about event management , previous experiences or even job expectations! All questions were about how you usually deal with the team. Event management is way more than just an internal team. It’s about managing product, clients, sales, budget and MORE ! Event managers are more like a bridge that connects between clients and other departments . Zero questions about clients or event management! At that point I felt like maybe i misunderstood the job description! Felt like I was at the wrong interview room! It was more like a communication manager interview.
