I was called in for 2 hour interview by the terest and for choosing FXCMservice departmet who asked me to provide a large amount of information regarding who is was, criminal record, how many partners i had and many intrusice personal details which I was not too happy to share with the comany, coThis being said, I was not very happy about the temperature in the room at the time of my interviow, it was far too warm and damp in that place.

Pretty good. Simple and it was made to feel comfortable. HRs were friendly and they knew what they were talking about. I felt happy and acknowledged. There are three rounds.

I started with meeting the human resources person who was very nice and helpful explaining the company then the team lead that was hiring and it helped me know more about the company and mostly the role and what they were looking for

Call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then in person interview with about 5 people, then calls with 2 other team members. Most of the interviews were conversational, informal and more about getting to know each other and setting expectations for the job. Although the process was long, the recruiters did a great job following up quickly and moving things along.
