We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your interview experience with us and are always looking for ways we can improve. Obviously, we want everyone involved in the interview, both the candidate and the interviewer, to have a positive experience. When a candidate advances to the final round like you did and then does not receive an offer, we prefer to deliver this news in person. Unfortunately, due to the 7-hour time zone difference, personal communication was a little more challenging. Therefore, we decided the best route for this situation was to communicate via email.
