Prior to coming into the office for an in-person interview, I had two phone interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with the Director of Technical Services. Both people who I had interviewed with were extremely professional and amicable. Additionally, I found that the hiring manager always got back to me within the time frame that she had specified.
The in-person interview nerves were eased a bit when the hiring manager provided extremely specific instructions on how to locate the office, in addition to an offer to validate the parking in order to park in the garage below the building (a great perk when interviewing in a downtown location). I interviewed with two groups of two people each, and found the interview to be extremely conversational. The questions were pretty standard and in-line with most other interview questions I have been asked in the past.
