After applying online, I was called back within a couple days, and secured an interview for the following week. The interview was about what you'd expect, just in the back room with the GM. Very relaxed and friendly. After interviewing, I passed a drug test two weeks later, and a week after that I was on the floor.

Filled out application, then had two face to face interviews. First with store mgr, then with region mgr. Seemed a bit much for a 20hr a week car parts job. Overall the interviews were pretty standard in terms of relevant background and skills verification and what kind of hours I was looking for etc.
