They don't pay near enough for the job. The interview wasn't bad at all. I ended up getting the job but they didn't explain the micromanaging and measures they implement on employees. I wouldnt have worked there as long as I did if it wasn't for a great work family. My manager and coworkers were just trying to make it like me.
