Interview
I interviewed originally for a "Sales Associate" position. I was told that they were looking for a Driver and that I was not old enough to work that position so I was hired as an "Inventory Specialist".
Interview was painless. You had to know about automobiles, parts, systems, and how they work. I was interviewed at two different locations, by two separate people. I know they've updated the hiring process so protocol is different today.
