Airbnb Human Resources Manager interview questions

I applied 5+ weeks prior to getting the initial interview request. Phone interviews were short and relatively casual--not difficult and more to assess initial capability. Took quite a long time to set them up, and took quite a bit of follow-up to nail scheduling. Similar experience trying to organize the in-person rounds. The office in San Francisco is funky and reflects the culture; the people were friendly and the interview experience felt personalized, which was a differentiator from other organizations. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer but what was disappointing was Airbnb's failure to follow up. I received an email with an offer of a close-out discussion, but the team were unresponsive to repeated requests to actually schedule the close-out discussion.
