Interview
The first interview was with the managers. They were polite and the questions very reasonable and sharp.
The second interview was with the team leads and a senior planner.
A bit weird. I felt that they are not updated and were a bit closed to new ideas.

I applied for the job at the end of October and got the interview after 2 months.
There are three rounds of interviews in total. Firstly, you will interview with HR and one manager who might not be your line manager. Secondly, two managers will interview you. During the interview, you should spend 15-20 minutes doing an Excel test and presenting the result. Last but not least, you will interview with your line manager.
